We appreciate carrying a poster tube on a long trip is not easy, and so we have partnered with GrainLab who will print and deliver your abstract poster to the venue, which can then be collected at registration.
GrainLab provides scientific posters printed onto fabric, so after the event your poster can be folded and taken away with you.Please be aware that there are no printing facilities at the Babeș-Bolyai University, so we recommend using the above service or bring your own printed poster.
Please note that the deadline for using this service is the 15th August 2027. This will allow enough time for GrainLab to print, label and send your poster/s to the ESCoP Organising Team. Your poster will be available for you to collect from the Poster Registration Desk on your arrival at the conference.
