The city hosts numerous museums, parks, sports facilities, and the renowned Botanical Garden, offering a plethora of activities for visitors.

Piața Unirii (Union Square), home to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Matthias Corvinus Monument, dedicated to the Hungarian king born in Cluj.

If you’re looking for a green escape within walking distance from city centre:

Cetățuia (Fortress Hill) for the best panoramic view of the city, especially at sunset & also a great photo spot overlooking Cluj’s skyline.

Central Park (Parcul Central Simion Bărnuțiu), a favorite local gathering place with a lake, walking paths, and the iconic Casino building.

Alexandru Borza Botanical Garden, home to thousands of plant species, themed gardens, and greenhouses.

National Museum of Transylvanian History, which houses extensive collections detailing the region’s heritage from prehistoric times to the modern era.
